The school runs a Morning and After School Club every week day for its pupils. The Morning and After School Club welcomes all children from Foundation Stage through to Year 6. Both clubs have excellent child to adult ratio with 3 members of staff taking care of the pupils.
The Morning Club is open from 7.45am to 8.45am. The After School Club is open from 3.25pm to 5.45pm. The purpose of our clubs is to provide all the pupils with a range of activities to suit all ages and abilities.
The Morning Club fees includes a drink of fruit juice or milk and a breakfast style snack.
The After School Club fee includes the cost of a light snack and drink.
New Foundation Parents to the school will be given an application form to apply for a place in their Welcome to Brickhill Information Pack.
Parents already in the school can apply for places as from May for a place in September.
Any other request for a place, please put in writing and send into our School office.
If parents wish to cancel their place at our Morning or After School Club we request that they give two weeks notice in writing to the School office.
After School Club and Late Collections
In the event that a child is not collected from school at the end of the school day, the child will be placed in the After School Club at 3.40pm. In such cases, parents will incur a fee of the normal After School Club charge.
An additional penalty charge of £5.00 will be made to parents for children collected after 5.45pm. If parents or carers are likely to be late, please contact the school as soon as possible.
The Morning Club and After School Clubs are very popular, however, we do have limited places. The Morning Club and After School Club both have 30 spaces. We offer this number of places for each club so that we have the correct adult to child ratio of one adult to ten children and to ensure we deliver high quality play every day.
